Market Update: October saw positive sales results and the sentiment across the local market remains much as it has for the last few months - buyer activity at a high, yet properties coming to market at a low.
With such disparity, it comes as no surprise that those properties that are on the market are generating serious interest and achieving strong sales prices.
There remain many vendors reluctant to market until such time that they find a property to buy - thus reducing your ability to move dramatically as there are others in a much stronger position - unless you’re in a position to buy without selling.
Historically, this time of the year has always seen less property come to market - many homeowners will now wait for the New Year.

The lettings team has had a record month with 13 move-ins and is a very similar position to the sales team with very little stock coming forward.
