Week 3 - DM & Co. Homes - The Solihull Property Market

What a week at Head Office, the ZERO week contract has gone down an absolute storm with feedback from valuations being incredibly positive - perhaps other agents will follow suit and keep the power in clients hands, who knows? - I would certainly welcome that notion.

I have been a particularly busy bee this week and am incredibly pleased to confirm that a sale has now been agreed on one of the areas most stunning family homes, you’ll have to stay tuned for further info on this one!

Teams across the business have really felt a lift in the market, with lots of viewings and valuations booked in over the course of the week-ahead.

Allocated slots to view plans were booked out, back-to-back throughout Thursday and Friday with a number of site visits booked for next week. I am expecting a similar reaction, based on the current market, as that of our launch this week.
