As we enter the final weekend of January, I can certainly confirm that there is activity out there - The Dorridge and Premium Office has had its best month on record, as has Gabrielle and her lettings team. There remains a gap in the market between buyers and sellers - buyers still outweigh sellers and this is limiting stock levels across both offices.

At DM & Co. we are proud to be promoting the ZERO week contract - this is essentially a contract between seller and agent without a tie-in period, if we are not doing the job in hand to the standard or expectation promised - then you should be free to leave.
