An incredibly exciting week for me across the business, my phone has been red hot all week with referred business continuing to be the very best source of new business.
Thank you to all of those that have introduced me to new clients - those that know me, know that I have a very strong feeling about not being stuck behind the desk - this week, I spent most of it away from it and have opened some fantastic doors.
I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with a prospective client that said that I was the first agent to challenge them on price, it led to an incredibly open and transparent conversation and is certainly not business lost. I feel so strongly about not setting unrealistic sales prices, it doesn’t do anybody any favours - we have strategy for those that would like to protect the sale price of their property (fire me a message or drop me a line to find out more about this!)
Thank you to Kamran Saleem of Motor Serv UK (based in Cranmore and home to the £15 MOT) for inviting me to the Signature Awards at The ICC last night, it was great to see so many familiar faces and clients.

Multiple sites with and without planning were introduced, off-market, to select developers including one site with planning for 40+ apartments and another site with planning for 9 houses to name just two of five opportunities we were instructed to sell this week.
