What a week here at DM & Co., the last 7 days has seen a sharp rise in the number of properties coming to market.
I had referenced on social media during the week my gratefulness for the hardworking and commitment that the media team has shown over the last 18 months - leading to some incredibly exciting conversations that are taking place across the business and inparticular in B93 with sellers that are welcoming such a refreshing approach to agency and marketing. Saying that you’re different is one thing, evidencing it is really where we are starting to excel and stand out - so thank you, again to the team and those that are supporting the business.
As a business owner, it is a wonderful feeling that you get when a client stops you in public and thanks you for helping them, congratulating your staff and generally praising the team for all that they have done.
It was lovely to pop into The Forest in Dorridge after work yesterday, I am still on the alcohol free beers (day 50 today!) and bumping into familiar faces and listening to the plans that the new owners have - if you haven’t already been, go and take a look!

“Over the last 12 months, the average rent achieved for properties let in Shirley - B90 3 was £973 per month. This is a +10% change on the previous 12-month period. So, we have really focused our attention in seeking more properties in this area with investors & applicants suggesting that there is a high demand for homes within the primary catchment area of Tudor Grange Academy. 40% of properties let in the past 12 months were flats, achieving an average rental value of £669 per month.
