Wow - I thought Half Term was meant to slow things down for the week - how wrong was I.
There has been a phenomenal amount of interest in properties across the board, in particular we are seeing lots of activity at the sub £500k level in Hall Green, Shirley & Solihull. In Dorridge the demand for property between £300k and £800k is relentless and the Million Pound plus market remains incredibly strong.
