As agents we have access to a system, ‘Rightmove Plus’ - the statistics that I discuss weekly will be linked to the core areas that DM & Co. operates within - those are, B28, B90, B91, B92, B93, B94 & B95 - naturally we are not restricted to selling or renting outside of these areas but this is where the majority of our business is conducted. The price bracket that has been set for this data ranges from £0 through to £5m encompassing the whole market.

The purpose of using these statistics is so that you can get a fair, accurate and unbiased view of the local Solihull property market. For transparency, I will be running the stats from Thursday to Thursday, filming on a Friday and releasing on a Saturday.
