Preparing & marketing your home
Our dedicated team will help you through the paperwork, book photographers, arrange for the EPC and floorplans to be prepared and offer advice on presenting your home to maximise its potential. DM & Co will do all the marketing for you, providing maximising exposure on your home.
Viewings
We take the hassle away from you, servicing all viewings with our professional Sales Team. Always liaising with you and the buyers to offer as much flexibility as possible. Feedback is crucial. We provide this on a two step basis – on the day, immediately after the viewing and following up within 48
Offers & Agreeing the Sale
As offers come in, we’ll clearly communicate each offer to you along with each potential buyers purchase position. We will always aim to negotiate the best offer for our clients based on the criteria that’s most important to you.
Conveyancing – The Legal Stuff
Whether it’s working with your chosen solicitors or recommending a good local solicitor, we’ll focus on progressing your sale. From issuing the formal Memorandum of Sale to liaising with your buyer, other agents in the chain, and regularly chasing for solicitor updates, we aim to make it as stress free as possible.
Exchanging contracts & completion day
When the Solicitors are happy, you’ll sign and exchange contracts, normally with an agreed completion date. On completion day we’ll liaise with all parties to ensure a smooth key hand over. Time to move out and move on – a new chapter begins…
