This week is all about the D-word, DEMAND – where and what is buyer demand looking like across the Solihull property market.

In Shirley (B90) and Solihull (B91), three bed semis between £300,000 and £500,000 coupled with four- and five-bedroom properties between £650,000 and £850,000.

Dorridge, Knowle and Bentley Heath (B93) buyers are looking for three bed semis £350,000 - £500,000.

Premium demand in Solihull (B91) is for family homes at £1m - £1.5m, and in Dorridge (B93) slightly higher budgets seeking family homes at £1.25m - £1.75.

The Premium team has started to have £2m+ homes go under offer and last week agreed one before hitting the portals - the right buyer will pay the right price if marketed correctly. Getting to know and understand buyers is so important.
