This week we take a look at the month of May and compare activity for the same period last year.

How have things changed?

For me, the one statistic that highlights todays market better than any other is the 94% increase in ‘Price Reductions’ - the distortion between Asking Price and Price Achieved continues to widen, not because of a crash - but because still, agents out there are ‘winning’ business on price.
