The truth of the matter is that with such a low barrier to entry, 99% of those that act within it struggle to see passed the end of their noses let alone into next week or year!
This week we’ve had a couple of vendors tell us that we’re nearly 25% lower than the agent that came out. Said agent has only sold 2 properties in this proce bracket all year (so they must know what they are talking about?) - stop being fooled.
Sure, it’s nice to be told that your house is worth more than it is but that’s when reality should kick in…you will do more damage if you get wrong!
