This week I take a look at the most active price bracket across the postcodes that we cover, that price bracket has seen 976 properties come to market year to date, what is the sales rate like and how does this compare to the fast paced and aggressive market that we felt last year?
As ever, it is increasingly important to be putting a sales strategy in place when taking property to market - gone are the days of lazy estate agency (hoping and waiting) for Rightmove to fire through a lead - those days have long gone!
