Renting Process
Make sure you have your finances prepared
There are several financial implications to consider when renting so make sure you have taken all this into account. Holding Deposit (equal to 1 week's rent), Tenancy Security Deposit (equal to 5 week's rent) and first month’s rent.

Discuss your requirements
Let us know what is important to you, such as your ideal location, what benefits should the property include and of course your monthly rental budget. We will register your details and send alerts to you for properties that match your criteria.
Book viewings
Be sure to check out any virtual tours first, make a shortlist of your preferred properties and from those we will arrange your viewings!
Reserving a property
Once you find your ideal property, we will need you to complete an application form, pay a holding deposit of one week’s rent, then carry out Right to Rent checks and you're references. We aim to make the entire process as painless and stress free as possible for you.
Tenancy progression
We’ll follow up on your references and liaise with the landlord on your behalf to make the process a whole lot less stressful for you.
Signing the tenancy agreement
The tenancy agreement will be sent to you for your electronic signature. Once you have signed the agreement, paid your opening account by bank transfer, we will execute the tenancy agreement.
Key collection and move-in day
You journey is almost complete! On your day of move-in, you will meet us at our office with your Right to Rent documentation, finalise and run through your paperwork, copies of which will all be contained within your Handover Welcome Pack for you to keep. After all of this is sorted, you’re free to leave our office with your keys and move into your new home!
