I hope that you have now recovered from the festivities that seem to have dragged longer into the year than many a year before!
As the world awakes, and more importantly, conveyancers get back to work – the first week hasn’t been too shabby.
We have seen lots of activity on the front end, valuations being booked, viewings taking place and I suspect from the bumper weekend of viewings – there will be plenty of sales agreed come this time next week.
I am proud of how the team finished the year and hope that as we continue to do as we say, that you will see and feel the benefit of that.
