After last week’s slow start, the world has woken up and the last 7 days has been incredibly fast paced in both the sales and rental market.
We have seen 132 new buyers register, carried out 30 sales strategy meetings and are taking 12 properties to market over the course of the next week.
Getting sales agreed continues to be a little challenging, as many sellers still have heightened expectations - nevertheless, just that little bit of wriggle room is making all the difference.
In the lettings team we've had 57 new tenants looking to find rental properties in Solihull and we urgently need properties to fill - demand is across the board from one bed through to four and five bed family homes.
