What a week, it brings August to a close and welcomes September. How did August fair? - In my opinion, it was very seasonal - there have been plenty of people away across the month and it will be now the rush to get to school!
September traditionally sees a spike in sales, and as we have consistently registered new buyers throughout the year (272 in August) there is no shortage of people out there looking to buy.
Conversely there is also no shortage of people wanting to sell, we must just tread carefully as there is still a distortion between expectation and market price - watch this weeks episode to see how damaging this can be!
