The first half of this month has been more active on the sales front than last month.

There is positive sentiment in the market but don’t let that fool you if you’re a motivated seller with an incorrectly priced property.

The market remains price sensitive and this continues to be proven by the sales that are being agreed.

This weeks episode looks at the positive correlation between sales agreed and the increase in number of price adjustments.

On the lettings front, we continue to attract landlords that are moving management of their properties across to DM & Co. - it is heartwarming to hear the positive comments from new and existing clients.
