This week we look back at activity within the core area of our business - these are the postcodes that we carry out 80% of our day-to-day activity - B90-B95.
What are activity levels like, still a strong supply to the market - buyers have choice, this is causing delays in the amount of time that it is taking to get sales agreed.
Please DO NOT confuse this with the time taken to sell, if your property is on the market and not attracting any attention.
