This week’s update highlights plenty of activity on both the sales and lettings front at DM & Co.
Stock levels coming to market are good across the core area that we focus our efforts on - B90-B95.
I’m pleased to see a spike in price adjustments as sellers listen and give the final few weeks of the year a real chance to sell.
We had a vendor call this week to ask if they could return as a client having previously rejected an offer from a buyer that we had nearly 12 months ago - they sacked us, backed an agent that had been pestering them and regret ever doing so. This is a common theme now – plenty of agents over valuing and ruining the opportunity to sell in a market where there remain plenty of buyers.
Sales strategy is so important. Trust and reputation are built overtime, we’re in this for the long run and will remain true to ourselves for the benefit of our clients.
