In an industry that struggles with reputation, the shiny suited short sightedness of many agents is the very reason that it is so hard to gain trust. As we move into December having this year successfully sold more property in B91 than any other agent, together with more sales in the millionpund market across B90-B95 - I am pleased that we are gaining trust.

You might not always like what we say, but I assure you that it is backed up by each of the team having a real finger on the pulse of the local proeprty market.

November was better than I expected, with 33 sales agreed off the back of 326 viewings and 74 offers - the sales team is looking forward to ending the year on a high, the rush for conveyancing to be completed in December and to be 'in' for Christmas is upon us.

What will December bring, traditionally it has always promoted the very serious buyers and sellers! What I can tell you is that there are lots of DM & Co. sellers that are ready to launch in the New Year, as we are busy short listing prospective purchasers and getting them warmed up nicely in advance.

A big shout out to the lettings team who I have now started to feature in these stats - they have produced a fantastic 21 move-ins this month, with a record year in sight and capacity within the team strengthened to enable business to be done for new clients. Finally, whilst new homes in 'estate agency' has traditionally required different teams, sometimes different offices - I am incredibly pleased of the sales teams across the business that have contributed to a record month in 'new home' sales - thank you to Sophie Gwynne for driving new homes into the wider DM & Co. business.
