September was a tough month in the sales teams, nothing seemed to drop in when expected and putting sales together was as tough as we had felt in recent years. That said, it was not all doom and gloom as there were plenty of positives to take as the month came to a close.
The appetite to move for many was still there as we carried out more viewings than the month prior, carrying out 90 valuations and registering 251 new buyers!
The lettings team had a record month as we try to attract more and more landlords to the business, glowing reviews and word of mouth recommendations are certainly playing a huge part in that.
