Hello and what a frosty Saturday morning it is - be careful out there! - The market has certainly woken up from the festive break, there has been a sharp increase in valuation requests across both offices and encouraging responses from people looking to get their properties on the market.
Supply and demand is still a huge factor with the apprehension of coming to market ahead of finding a property being preferred. We know that this doesn’t put you in the strongest position given the number of buyers out there, the best thing to do is get on the market and put yourself in the best position possible.
