More Eyes On DM & Co. Properties in B93

People often ask me what it is that we do differently and one of the most common answers that I give is that we approach the sales and lettings of properties with the eye of a marketeer and not that of an estate agent.

This consistently translates into properties achieving more views with DM & Co. than other agents operating within Knowle & Dorridge (B93). 

This table below is from Rightmove it shows the patch average daily views and those achieved by DM & Co. and DM & Co. Premium within the B93 postcode sector.

It shows that since the beginning of the year, on Rightmove, properties listed with DM & Co. have been seen on average, more times than with those of other agents.

I particularly like this because we are not the biggest, we do not lay claim to being the biggest BUT we do deliver a focussed approach to marketing that does generate fantastic results for our clients.
